- Check the fulfilment status for your order.
- If the order has been fulfilled, select the order
- Click on the tracking link to be directed to your tracking
What if my tracking hasn’t updated?
No worries! There could be further delays while your product is in transit, however tracking numbers normally update with couriers every 24 to 48 hours.
Check your tracking first to see if the courier has delayed delivery of your product because of something like an inaccurate address or customs fees.
Please check HERE if you realized you had supplied an incomplete or inaccurate address.
Don’t get alarmed if your tracking hasn’t changed in a few days; your order should still be on its way to you. But, please contact our Customer Service team so they can help you if your tracking hasn’t changed in more than 6 working days.
